Terms & Conditions

01   The Parties

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Financial Success Academy, a company headquartered in Canada ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operating the Platform at mysuccessacademy.ai.

02   Eligibility

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

03   Platform Description

Financial Success Academy is a global financial literacy publisher. Through our Platform, we offer:

• Financial literacy books available for purchase through Amazon and authorized retailers
• Educational content, articles, and resources
• Email subscriptions including the Weekly Success Brief
• B2B and bulk order partnerships for organizations, churches, MLMs, and institutions
• Information about courses and future digital learning products

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without notice.

04   Book Purchases & Amazon Transactions

Financial Success Academy books are primarily sold through Amazon.com, Amazon.ca, and other regional Amazon marketplaces. When you click a purchase link on our Platform:

• You will be redirected to Amazon's website to complete your purchase.
• Your purchase is governed by Amazon's Terms of Service, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.
• Financial Success Academy is not a party to that transaction and has no control over Amazon's fulfillment, pricing, or customer service for those orders.

For bulk or direct purchases arranged through our Platform, separate written agreements will govern those transactions.

05   Email Subscriptions & Communications

By subscribing to our Weekly Success Brief or any email communication from us, you:

• Consent to receive regular emails from Financial Success Academy;
• Confirm you are the authorized owner or user of the email address provided;
• Acknowledge that you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

We will not share your email address with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

06   Intellectual Property

All content on the Financial Success Academy Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, book covers, course materials, and the Financial Success Academy name and brand — are the exclusive intellectual property of Financial Success Academy or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent;
• Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without authorization;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract content from the Platform using automated means;
• Republish, resell, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

07   User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation;
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
• Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.

08   Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content provided are offered on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Financial Success Academy does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
• Any defects or errors will be corrected;
• The Platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components;
• The content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.

09   Financial & Educational Disclaimer

10   Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Financial Success Academy and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
• Damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its content;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us directly in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11   Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Financial Success Academy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party;
• Any content you submit, post, or share through the Platform.

12   B2B, Bulk Orders & Organizational Partnerships

Organizations, churches, corporations, MLM companies, governments, and other institutions interested in bulk orders or partnership arrangements must contact us directly. All such arrangements will be governed by a separate written agreement. These Terms continue to apply to general Platform use until a separate agreement is executed.

13   Third-Party Services & Links

Our Platform may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services (including Amazon). These links are provided for convenience only. Financial Success Academy does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.

14   Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

15   Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16   Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability — shall continue in force.

17   Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

18   Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

19   Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate written agreements for B2B or bulk transactions, constitute the entire agreement between you and Financial Success Academy regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.
